The entire process went flawlessly, from the initial phone conversation to the labor performed. Customer service and labor was outstanding, exceeded our expectations.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! My experience with this company has been nothing but problems. First of all, their workers must have broken in to my home because I was not there at the time of their arrival (as I discussed with Meredith, their representative) and I asked repeatedly HOW THEY GOT IN and no one would ever give me an answer. They dug the holes all over the front of my home and left them without an inspection for over 2 weeks. I had to get an inspector to come and sign off on it through my realtor because no one else was responding to me. Meredith H. was abrasive and tried to bully me into doing more work than I was prepared to do several times. She wrote me an email saying she would "be there for me through the entire process" but when I tried to reach her my calls and texts went unanswered. They didn't complete the work as it should have been done, we had to get them to come back to finish it properly. Finally, they asked for a credit card FORM to be filled out with all of my information on it, and knowing that they had been so shady I wasn't comfortable with them having that information on file. I sent a check and since I live in Connecticut it took a few days for it to arrive to their office, which I explained to them at the time of mailing. The check was mailed on October 5 and on October 11 I received a threatening email from Ingrid Rohde saying they were going to put a lien on my house if they didn't receive payment by 5 pm. I called their office immediately and told Ingrid Rohde that I was shocked and during our conversation the check miraculously arrived. I feel that they walked all over me and treated me with incredible disrespect. This gangster approach of threats and bullying are not my normal experience and I have had several homes and have hired many companies to help me with construction, remodeling and repairs over the years and have NEVER had anyone treat me like that. That behavior is the behavior of a company in deep trouble, not an established and well-respected business. After repeated attempts to get a copy of the paid invoice report and a copy of the warranty I still have received nothing, even though I was promised I would get that as soon as the check cleared. The check cleared over a week ago and I have received no response from them. I am happy to be done with them and will never ever work with them again. Furthermore, I will make sure that anyone who needs this service won't work with them either. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!

The process started with numerous delays and when work finally started several materials were left in our yard causing damage to mowing equipment. When work was finally completed and they asked for payment we mentioned that we were told that we would receive an engineers certificate stating that our house would pass an inspection if we were to sell it. They refused to provide the certificate unless we provided a good review on Angie's list.I didn't feel right about this because of the issues we had not only with their work but with fulfilling commitments. After we agreed to pay them and they were paid they have failed to come back out to deal with cracks that are still there. It seemed that once they get paid they had no concern for our satisfaction. While normally I don't post reviews I felt compelled to write this one to hopefully save someone else from making a bad decision with going with this company for any repairs or remodeling projects.

The work started on the east wall. What was so amazing was that the floor near the french doors, between the living room and kitchen,  was sunk about 3 inches. And lo and behold, the foam lifted the slab right back into position. You could tell everything in the house was re-squaring itself and look so improved. Then they shot foam into the west wall and now the front door frame squared itself and the door closed properly.

Then the crew came out and installed the concrete piers ( can't rust like steel piers). They were round and in sections and were hydraulically forced into the ground in pairs (side by side). They finished the job using steel shims for that perfect fit.

They did a fine job of keeping the mess to a minimum. Also they filled the holes back with more than enough soil to help account for settling.

These folks were so good to work with. They were flexible and allowed us to split the payment between the four of us. We were sold  only  what was actually and really needed, to restore the brick home built on clay soil, some 42 years ago.

Communication very good. Crew was on time and very professional. Answered questions and invited me to see the process. Dirt was replaced and again invited me to check the area of work and explained what was done. Polymer was done next day by owner and crew. Again on time and very pleasant to work with. Office personnel were very helpful.

The job went quickly.  They were able to begin earlier than anticipated and finished in just two days.

first of all I was put off multiple times and rescheduled which was difficult because I have to take off work each time to meet someone and nobody would show only to call and find out nobody was coming and they forgot to call me and let me know they had re-scheduled, the peers were put in and the people that done it were extremely nice and polite, they were there 2 days and second day until after midnight, finally told them to go ahead and leave, there were big holes sunk in a few spots where the peers were installed so yard was a mess, then the polymer injections were done only in 3 spots down the middle of my hallway, 7 months later cracks were starting to show back up in my bricks outside, I called to let them know and was told the owner would contact me because they didn't think that part of the house had been fixed, nobody every contacted me so I called back about a month later and even sent pictures, they were going to have the owner contact me again, still no contact so a few weeks later I called back and explained all the damage that was happening again to my sheet rock, which I had repaired and repainted after the foundation had supposedly been fixed, never heard from the owner but they finally scheduled someone to come back on the 15th of February to re-adjust the peers and then hopefully to redo the polymer injections inside.  Hopefully I won't be put off multiple times like I was in the beginning. I guess I will see what happens and update my review according.

This company first came out to install piers.  After they jackhammered the front porch, they just patched the concrete instead of making neat cuts before they poured it back - it looks terrible.
Next they came inside to lift the slab floors with a process they called " high density polyurethane" injected through small holes that were drilled into the slab, this is under high pressure. Their equipment blew out of the holes and spewed all over my furniture, walls and floors.  The instant it hit, it hardened and would not come off. Their "best" technician then proceded to wipe everything down with a cloth soaked in acetone. He wiped my tv, wood floors, concrete floors, walls,ceilings and antique furniture..... you name it - he did it.
The owner didn't come and look at the damage for 5 days..... He said that they would take care of everything. He took my buffet with him so that he could have it restored. After not hearing from him for weeks we called to ask for his insurance information so that we could file a claim. Still no response. After emailing him and calling to no avail we retained a lawyer. He never would reply to our lawyer either. We are still in limbo .... waiting for the next step.  
If you see this company .... turn away ..... better yet ...RUUUUNNNNNN !!!!!!!!!!!!

They began raising the pad by injecting a foam material. As they lifted pad, they didn't notice gas piping on heater, so gas connector was ruptured, causing gas to begin leaking and requiring me to call for emergency gas repair. They didn't provide a written estimate of the work to be done and how it would be completed. Pad ended up level, but I wasn't comfortable with their level of expertise.

They arrived in am as promised, worked hard all day and did a great job. The men very personable and polite. Will definitely use for the remaining work I need to have done later. Bob

They were very professional, showed up when they said they would, and charged the quoted amount.  I had called Trifusion after another contractor had given bad service and not performed the work he had been paid & contracted to do.  John at Trifusion gave me an honest quote and start/finish times.  I was under the wire for a loan and Trifusion came through!

The owner came out to assess the damages, gave me a doable quote plus a discounted rate for seniors and the process was scheduled for August 1st 2014. His technicians arrived at 8:15am began the injections of foam. original quote was for 2 bedrooms a hallway and the dining room the day of injection, I discovered the kitchen window facing west also was separating from the foundation. this area was also injected at no additional cost to me we're finished by 3 p.m. that day turned to the original areas. the doors now closed and locked again, and my anxiety level was much improved. Mr Vanderlind , was very thorough, courteous and professional as well as his office staff and technicians. The service came with a 10 year warranty for all areas infused. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
