Five-Star Professional Housekeeping services from Start to Finish. Promptly answered my call and scheduled the initial cleaning sooner than anticipated for a last-minute request. My preference is for items to be neat and tidy, which is how I keep my home. As such, when I hire cleaning services, I anticipate that there will be deep cleaning performed simultaneously due to the preexisting neat condition of my home and Total Care is absolutely stellar in this regard! Total Care brought all their own cleaning supplies and tools. They were very careful with my items and conscientious while working throughout my home. I appreciate their attention to detail. Excellent service. The kitchen, baths, great room, etc. were all polished and gleaming when their work was complete (see photos). Everything was perfect! The service provided by Total Care Housekeeping is definitely in the White Glove category. I heartily recommend them to my friends, family, and colleagues. I'm thrilled to have found them because it is difficult to find a service to perform at this level. Grateful to Carmen & her Team of diligent workers! TYVM

Excellent. I have been using this company for the last 4 years. I love the lady, Rhonda, that currently cleans my home for them. I have had two other ladies in the past who were also very good. I have my home cleaned every two weeks.

I've been using this company for over a year and had excellent service from them. I have had several different house cleaners sent out by Total Care and the majority were very good. Today I had a team of two; Tiffany and Rhonda. They did a great job and were very pleasant. I have requested that they be scheduled to clean my house on a monthly schedule. The cost is $90 for two cleaners for an hour and a half, or $90 for one cleaner for an hour. I think the cost is very reasonable, considering the care they take to do what you need clean. I'm very particular about some of the products used and they don't seem to mind adapting to my preferences.

Was completely dissatisfied with our cleaning and let the owner know as soon as I returned home how unhappy I was with the service. She initially responded to my text messages but after promising to "make it right", she completely stopped communication with me. A day after our conversation, our check was cashed. I will not be wasting our money with this service ever again. At first I understood how it could just be a poor experience but figured the owner would make it right--but after over a week with no response from the owner, we will be taking our money elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this "service".

Charlotte was a few minutes late but this was her first time finding my home so no problem. She still gave me the full 4 hours without taking any breaks. She was friendly without using valuable time in chatter. When she was unsure of what I wanted she came to me to ask my preferences. She brought all her cleaning supplies and equipment but was willing to use the products I wanted used in a few specific places. Although she had her own plan, she was willing to follow my priorities in order to get all those priorities done in the time allotted. Charlotte gave attention to detail and left our house looking better than I can do myself

The girl that usually does my cleaning was not available. It was the supervisor, Charlotte, and a new girl that came to do the cleaning.
I have a 5 by 5 twin sink, and 5 by 5 twin mirrors above each sink. The mirror above the sink in my wife?s bathroom shattered the day after the cleaning. It shattered into a million pieces and damaged the bathroom wall paper and the door to the water closet. I called a different company to clean it up, and then I called Total Care to find out what happened. I spoke to the supervisor who promised me a return call. Well, it's been three days and I haven't heard anything. It seems like they?ve disappeared. The company says that they are bonded and insured but now that something has gone wrong they're no where to be found.
I?ve had the mirror cleaned up at my own expense but I haven?t had the bill submitted. I?m so lucky my wife wasn?t standing in front of the mirror because it could have killed her.

I explained to you that I didn't believe there was anything that we could have done to cause it to to fall and break the following day. I called and left a message on the following day for you. You had been using our services for a few months before this incident and had always been quite pleased with us. You even mentioned to me on the phone that you were not accusing us of breaking it, just informing me that it had happened. If you would like to speak to me again, I will be glad to call back."

My wife had been sick for several months and the house cleaning was neglected (except what I could do when I got home from work). We had Total Care do a deep cleaning and were so pleased that we told them to do general house cleaning regularly and they have been punctual, thorough and did things the way we wanted. We had previously used Maid Pro for a year or so but ended their service several years ago because we were not satisfied with their service or price. Total Care does a much better job, the way we want it done, and at a lower price. It's win, win, win for us!
