it was horrible..me was at my house 8 hours...,totally talked about people and other companies the whole time. Told me how he sued video revolution which when I called and asked them about this they said it was a complete lie.. Totally screwed everyone of our tvs up.. Told me how bad cox TV cords were and took all my cox cords and cabled from all my tvs and replaced them with his own cords. DID THIS WITHOUT ASKING AND I HONESTLY THINK IF I TOLD COX HE COULD ACTUALLY BE IN ALOT OF TROUBLE FOR STEALING THEIR CABLES THAT DID NOT BELONG TO HIM.. NEEDLESS TO SAT NONE IF HIS CORDS WERE WORTH A DARN THING AND COX EVENTUALLY HAD TO SWITCH THEM ALL OUT.. THEY NEVER ASKED ABOUT WHERE THEIR CORDS WERE , BUT I MAY STILL FILL THEM IN. NEEDLESS TO SAY ITS THE WORSE SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYONE EVER. I ALSO CALLED MATTHIS BROTHERS FURNITURE AND TOLD THEM I DID NOT APPRECIATE THEM REFERRING THIS GUY TO US AND THAT IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL THAT THOUGH WERE ALLOWED TO GIVE THIS GUYS NUMBER AND NAME TO ANYONE.. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ALSO CALLED STEVE BACK 7 times within the2 weeks after service to tell and let him know all our tvs had static.. HE NEVER RETURNED ONE PHONE CALL EXCEPT THE FIRST ONE AND HE SAID HE WAS BUSY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN HIUR WHICH HE NEVER DID!! I'm only writing this review in HOPES THAT SOMEONE ELSE WONT MAKE THE HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE MISTAKE AS WE DID..

Arriving thirty minutes late to the RESCHEDULED appointment time (with no call prior as a heads up), I received a quote of $275 per flat screen tv to be installed. I have three to install and am also looking to add surround sound in one room. I would have thought he'd offer a discount for doing so much work at one property- and also perhaps for being a no show the first appointed time. However, this didn't happen.
I am not a chronic complainer. In fact, this is only my third review on Angie's list. The other were very favorable (painter; garage door). I never look for a hand out. I just expect my time and business to be handled with more respect.
I don't know his technical abilities because he wasn't selected for the job.
