Overall good experience, the nature of transmission repair they had to open it to know all that would need to be replaced, Gary gave me a range prior to disassembling the unit, he kept me in the loop, finished the repair within the range he gave me at the begining. The van is 12 years old, we have owned it since new and didn't want to buy another one that we didn't know so we decided to have the transmission rebuilt.
