Scheduled appointment about 10 days out. Showed up on time. covered the floors with drop cloths. Took heating system apart and cleaned from the unit into their vacuum system. Very clean, courteous and thorough. A technician stepped on the drain pan (12 years old and brittle) and broke it in the attic. He reported his mistake and scheduled to come out the next morning with new drain pan and replace it. Very honest and dependable. I will use again for either air duct cleaning or carpet or tile cleaning.

THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY FRIENDLY TO US WHILE THEY WORKED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON CLEANING MY CARPETS AND GOT RID OF STAINS THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FORE YEARS. THEY ALSO HAD A GREAT PRICE FOR THEIR WORK.
