Appointment made online. No follow up call to ask or confirm about job.  When I did make contact he was very short, sounded exasperated and totally not interested one way or another.  That should have been my first clue.  My adult daughter met him at the house.  He went in did a once over never asked questions about my pets or problem areas.  When finished the carpet smelled worse than when he started.  When I called same day to complain about the job, I couldn't find a phone number to call.  When I called Sears, they explained it's a franchise and not really them, just the name.  Finally I got a number to call.  A girl answered and was very unprofessional.  I told her very nicely what had happened and she was extremely rude, short and acted like it was my fault that I had pets.  I explained that's why I called them to clean my carpets.  She then became sarcastic, rude and would not help me.  She offered to have him come back by after the event I was having at my house, but explained they would have to charge me and I personally would have to be there.  I explained that I work during the day and could not come.  I didn't bother calling them back.  I've never run into anything like that in my life.  I've never written a report like this about anyone in my life.

It went great! I compared companies on the internet and angie's list and the BBB. I looked at savings coupons and offers and the types of air-duct cleaning offered. Sears uses the state-of-the art cleaning and they did not stir up a SPEC of dust in my home! I have Lupus and that is important to me! The process did not disrupt my daily activities while I was in the home and they were professional, courteous, and did a great job! They were able to come when I wanted. They were on-time. They were dressed professional and clean-cut. The price was extremely competitive, once I used the on-line coupons at www.sears.com and used the "clean savings" link. Do your research to save money and they will honor the coupon - print it out and show it to them when they come to your home.

EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT THEY ARE ON TIME AND HEAD STRAIGHT TO WORK. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO DO THE JOB THE WAY WE LIKE IT. THE PRICES ARE INEXPENSIVE FOR THE SIZES OF THE CARPETS THAT WE HAVE SHAMPOOED.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS TYPICAL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND HAD THE WORK FINISHED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. HOWEVER, I WASN'T VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE OR THE PRICE.

I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME IN AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE EXPECTED TO AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY WHILE THEY WORKED. I THOUGHT THEY DID A GREAT JOB GETTING EVERYTHING CLEAN AND PUTTING MY FURNITURE BACK WHERE IT BELONGS.

I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS WITH THEM, BUT THEY ALWAYS TRIED TO WORK OUT ANY PROBLEM OR ANYTHING I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH. THEY DO A PRETTY GOOD JOB.
