 + -1 moreAlthough the project took longer than was anticipated by myself or the contractor (weather and hardware delays mainly), we could not be more pleased with the end result. This deck was over six months in the planning and I was very particular in my selection of a contractor and interviewed the top decking professionals in the area. The owner/contractor Rick and his helpers were very conscientious and professional in all our dealings and the project was completed for the original quoted price. I cannot emphasize enough Rick's attention to detail which was invaluable in a project as detailed as this one. We also used a hidden fastener system which added another degree of difficulty to the overall project, but contributes significantly to the overall aesthetic of the finished project. I would not hesitate to recommend Sawdust for any decking project. Pictures attached.
Description of Work: Demolished and hauled off old 750 square foot wood deck. Replaced from the ground up with all new footings, substructure, capped composite surface decking and railings approximately 850 square feet of multilevel surface decking. Design was my own and was very intricate and required meticulous attention to detail. The decking used was top of the line product - Evergrain Envisions by Tamko with their Marquee Railing system.
