Ron Poplin Homes

Having a home built with Ron Poplin Homes was a nighmare he also does dozer work . everthing that could go wrong went wrong, he was never there to oversee the workers they pretty much did what they wanted whether it was right or not. the plumber he used (Precision plumbing) was off on almost all the plumbing and had to jackhammer it up . The Election(Ed Whitney Election) was a nightmare too he left out switches and outlets that was on the plan and would'nt make it right. The tile guy(Guy Belm tile) wanted 1/3 down (600.00) he never came back, the builder told me to find someone to finish it. Ron said he only wants 10% thats not true he makes up the differents eleswhere,like overordering extra stuff from mill creek and sending it back and getting credit on it . I found some stuff that we were charged twiced for and some credits we didnt get so i went to mill creek with the invoices and they showed I had $600.00 of credit and they couldnt give me the money because it was under poplin homes ,no telling how much more .
