Pro Overhead Door

I purchased a Liftmaster 8550W Garage Door Opener with installation on 1/20/2016.  On 1/23/2016 an error code and Jake came out within 2 hours, after they had my money, to fix it and he explained what happened and asked if I had any questions or any other issues with my new opener.  Jake was polite, friendly, helpful, again after they had my money.  I recommend this company to everyone that needs garage doors, garage door opener parts or service or gate openers. 
When my brother recently needed a part for his garage door openers this company helped him out at less than half the cost of any other company and they were a pleasure to deal with: this is the service I have always from this company.

When I tried to open my garage door to leave for work, it would not open.  Upon inspection, I learned the main spring and a cable was broken.  I could not manually open the door by myself, and thus could not get my car out of the garage.  I had used Pro Overhead Door before for minor work and was very pleased so I called them at 7:30AM.  They said they would get someone there right away so I could get my car out and get to work.  WITHIN 10 MINUTES, their service technician arrived.  He was very professional and had all the parts to replace/fix the broken spring and any other minor items that needed worked on.  By 8 AM he completed the work and everything worked great.   This is the best service I think I have ever received for anything.  I highly recommend Pro Overhead Door based on this experience and the prior times I have had them service my door.

The normal company I use in Broken Arrow was booked up and my car was trapped because the spring was broke on my garage door.  So I looked for another Broken Arrow company and found pro overhead on line.  When I called the guy just said pro door so fast I didn't know who I called.  When I asked was this a garage door company he said yes.  I told him my issue and he said he could get someone to me in 30 min.  Well 90 min later there is a knock at the door and its their tec.  I let him into my garage and I returned to see what he was driving because the way he was dressed was not very professional looking.  He was driving a old chevy pick-up with no logos or anything.  I went back to the garage and he said yea your spring is broke and you should replace them both.  It made sense to replace them both because they were the same age.  I asked him if that was a company truck he was driving and he said no its mine.  I said do you work for pro he said yea sorta.  He said I am a contractor for them , I am my own boss.  The way he came across was very un professional.  It took him about 45 min to fix my door and 3 times he told me that I needed to replace my rollers.  At that point I was just read for him to leave.  I called my normal garage door company who is also been in broken arrow for a long time and scheduled a service call with them even though I just paid for one with this Pro Overhead.  (sorry nothing pro about this company)  The next day when my normal company came out they looked my door over and I had them change the rollers and they also found that a cable was about to break which the other guy didn't catch.  Also come to find out the springs Pro put on were not correct.  They were to hot according to my garage door company. To offset this they turned my down force on my opener up on high.  I called Pro back and told them I had my normal company out to look at something and told them about the springs.  He said all sales are final and because someone else has come out now there was no warranty.  What?? I said you were just out here yesterday but he kept saying all sales are final.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

The salesperson, Gerald, was most informative re: all details of product and its installation, and his courtesy is impeccable.  Gerald was not only a great representation of Pro Overhead Door but he absolutely made it a very good experience!   I also spoke once with Jerry, who also was very informative and courteous!  The Installer, Greg, arrived the time promised, kept me informed as needed, worked steadily, was extremely courteous, and did a fabulous job!  Pro Overhead gets an A+ for its customer service.....thanks to Gerald and Jerry and Gregg.  My husband and I are highly  pleased with the end result & highly recommend this business!

They were very prompt. They were very fast. They went ahead and lubed and checked over the door while they were at it. They also gave me some good advice because I had expressed that I was going to replace the opener myself and they gave some good advice about the brand to use. I used the brand they recommended and I was very pleased with it.

Did a great job, we called them, they came same day, was on time and let us know before they arrived. Garage door frame had come off wall, spring had broken and wheels were falling off. The door is better than new. We had it installed about 10 years ago by Tulsa Overhead Door (TOD) and it has been a very noisy door. Not anymore, you can barely hear coming up, I keep surprising my wife because she can't hear me coming home anymore. They did a phenominal job.

Arrived on time and was not here very long

Called them about 2:00 in the afternoon and they were there by 4:00. Told them I would not be home til after 4:00, and they called me @ 4:05 saying they would be there in 5 minutes. I was very impressed on there punctuality as well as there professionalism. Very satisfied....

That's the story a $25.00 zipper may cost them a customer. I also have people stop by from time to time to ask me about the screen I always told them I was very happy with and gave them a company brochure.I was at first very satisfied with them. But this last encounter was disappointing. Jim

After the worker arrived at my house, the work went quickly; however the first attempt at repairing the opener - installing a new circuit board - failed, so it became necessary to install a new unit. Plans were made for the worker to acquire and install the new opener on the following day - which he did. The original estimate was $175 for a new circuit board; final cost was just under $400 because a installation of a new opener was required.

I called and in about 30 minutes they were there. Josh did an excellent job and was very prompt and professional.

MY DOOR WORKS WELL NOW. THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED IT AS SOON AS I CALLED THEM. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND IT THEY GET IT DONE FAST. MY GARAGE DOOR IS WORKING FINE AND THEY DIDN'T SCRATCH IT.
