They gave me a quick estimate for repairs and estimate on length of time needed. They worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. They repaired the truck as new with workmanship guaranteed. I had used this business previously and was very happy with them. I found them courteous and professional.

Everything was just as they said it would be. Work is quaranteed.

Did a great job.  Car was not taken in until parts were in shop so was not a long time in shop.  This was the second time we used them and highly recommend them.  The representatives were most pleasant to work with.

Everything they did with the car seems fine and they were very nice. They were just easy to work with, I had to cancel several times and they were nice. They did the work on the time they said they would do it.

The receptionist was exceptional and set the tone for an good experience with this company. It did take longer than they first estimated, but that's the nature of this work and not a complaint. Work was exceptional. Apparently, they detailed the car. It still has the "new car" smell from cleaner used, and they did vacuum the car--but I would not say the car was detailed. I'm not sure what they include in that service, but it is not a detail--it's similar to what you get with an oil change. That said, my expectation was for good service and work on the repair of the car and that expectation was met.

The bumpers look like OEM.  Like I never had the accident or ran over the planter in the parking lot at church that damaged my front bumper.  The color is perfect. The car was clean and my front and rear windows washed when I got my car. 

They were punctual and very helpful with the insurance and car rental company. They called the rental company to let them know I was at Premier waiting to be picked up. 

I will definitely use Premier Collision again for any body work I need done on my vehicles.
