I have used this company before and it went well. This last winter I asked a nurse to come out. I was re-qualified and was to receive $400 in vouchers. They were looking for someone to come out and they were to send the vouchers. No one was ever found for me and I never received my vouchers either. I called them and they told me that they were already sent. Again I never received them. I ended up having to pay $200 out of pocket. I called them to discuss this and they told me that they would have others sent. I was very displeased with this and told them to take me off the list.

They seem to be very prompt about helping. All of the ladies that have come to help my mother have been really excellent. They help her take a bath and change her bed. They help her with her meal and check her blood pressure. They take care of her really well.

My mother in law fell and required surgery with in home care during her recovery. This home health organization gave her expert care, their billing and office staff were great, and she received kind skilled assistance which sped her return to good health.
