Please don’t use mullin plumbing. They are I believe and confirmed by others completely commissioned based. They may also take advantage of the elderly. Go ahead and read all the terrible recent reviews of their horrible services Attached is the only photo they provided after charging an elderly woman $8,500 and leaving her with an open loop system for weeks. The open loop caused extensive damage due to their incompetence.

On 12/23/12, Mullin’s Plumbing offered us an HVAC Platinum Service Plan ($969/year). Their advertising promised specific services in Year 1 and an additional inducement in Year 2 of our program participation (free air duct cleaning). When we responded, Mullin required we establish eligibility by purchasing over $1500 in HVAC components to “upgrade” our fully-functioning equipment. We complied in expectation that this would allow us to continue the Plan for the foreseeable future. On 7/21/22, Mullin cancelled the Plan, making it impossible for us to access the promised benefits of Year 2 enrollment. They offered to compensate us for termination but with an offer far short of original. We phoned Mullin's on 8/1/22 and got nothing but run-around from a Customer Service rep Brooke, who declared that she could "neither confirm nor deny" information about our account, didn’t have authority to address our concerns, and "didn't have time" to deal with them. She insisted that she had no superior to which we could speak. Adding insult, the service Mullin did supply in Year 1 of the Plan also fell short. While the Plan guaranteed free filters, the tech didn’t have our size, so we had to supplying them, at additional cost to us of $250. Overall: very shady business practices. We are retired senior citizens and Mullin’s preyed upon us to extract a large sum to upgrade equipment that they acknowledged was not broken, only to back out of their half of the contract in short order. The services they did provide were deficient. Minimal fulfillment of Mullin’s contractual responsibility to the advertised plan would be: (1) permit us to continue paid participation in the plan at agreed-on annual rate ($969) for at least a second year, most especially permitting us to receive free air duct cleaning (2) provide filters to replace those not supplied in Year 1

Apologies in advance for the long post, but I want to give an honest review. Mullin, Inc came highly recommended and being new to the area, I was hoping for a good experience. They responded quickly when I called for an estimate. I needed a drain and water lines relocated. The tech gave a time and materials estimate. He quoted $128/hr for the plumber and $68/hr for a helper, should one be needed. I agreed to this. I initially told him that I was thinking about removing the concrete. Considering the cost of renting equipment and the time for the work, I decided to have them remove the concrete. I was never told this would be a higher per hour charge. Fast forward a couple of weeks. I called to schedule the work to be done. Josh arrived and immediately said that the work order stated that I was going to have the concrete removed. I never told the first tech that I would do so. I informed Josh of this. He said that was no problem, he could remove the concrete. He said he would need to go back to the shop to get the jackhammer. No problem, miscommunication happens sometime. After I explained to Josh the work that we were needing done, it was determined that we weren't quite ready for the plumbing to be installed. I called the office and told them I would need to reschedule. I did just that. Josh came out again on a Tuesday. He was surprised the concrete wasn't removed. I reminded him of our conversation about that the week prior. He apologized and said he would need to go get the jackhammer. He was gone for 2 hours. I was charged for this time, even though it was a mistake on their part. Once he had removed some of the concrete, it was determined that we would need to replace some of the old pipe under the house. We asked for an estimate for that work. We were told around $4000. We decided to have the work done. Josh and Walter spent about 10 hours the next day at our house. We were charged for 13. I questioned this. I was told I am charged from the time the tech leaves the shop, until he returns. I understand being charged for time spent picking up materials needed for the job. I don't understand being charged for drive time too and from my house. I was quite impressed with both of the gentlemen who worked at our house. They worked diligently to complete the work. I believe they did top notch work. I have an issue with Mullin's billing practices, though. I asked for an itemized invoice when I was told my bill was almost a thousand dollars more than the original estimate. I was told the $4000 estimate was time only, not material. Upon speaking with Lance in the office, he explained that because they removed the concrete, I was charged $194/hr. I was never told this before I had them do the work. He agreed to refund $600 of my bill and said he would email the invoice to reflect that. I asked for an itemized invoice breaking down exactly what I was charged. It was broken down into two categories. Time and materials, one charge for each. I called and asked for the materials to be itemized. Lance told me they do not do that. I asked him exactly what that $736 was for and all he could say was material used for the job. He also told me they mark up materials 50%. I insisted that they provide the itemized materials list. Lance said it is not possible to provide it. I had a long telephone conversation with Lance about how unacceptable this is. I told him I saw what the tech carried into my house for the job. I have since priced those things at Lowe's and came up with less than $125. I believe I was either charged for stuff that was not used, or the mark-up is way more than 50%. I also believe that since they are unable or unwilling to provide the itemized materials list, they are trying to hide it. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend them to anyone and I will not use them again. I was hoping I had found a plumber I could rely on. I did with Josh. Unfortunately, Mullin's questionable billing practices ruined that.

FACT: 30 min to go get parts $64 20 min to fix tub diffuser, replace packing, and replace ball valve $128 Parts plus 50% upcharge (on top of The $64 to pick them up) $87 TOTAL= $279 When I called up there LANCE told me that’s how a business works and that he understands that the majority of there customers are In desperate need of repairs so he understands why I was upset. Well my time of need in no way Justifies price gouging on your part. This is not the first time I’ve used them and never had a problem. I hope this is not their answer to surviving the corona rescission because if it is. They will not.

Very well. It was on a weekend so we were glad to get someone out to stop the water spraying that was causing a minor flood in our garage. Nice repairman got leak stopped and then they sent another plumber out the next day, a weekday, so it would be less expensive. They also reconfigured the plumbing so it shouldn’t happen again—that was optional and cost more, but we are rather cautious and decided it was a good idea.

Called their answering service off hours and did not get a call. I then called on the day after holiday. The tech was not familiar with parts. I had to look up the delta faucet and gave him the number. Did not have hose on truck, made two trips to supply company a few miles away and said they had told him it was the wrong one, requiring the 2 trips. Charged me for 3 hours labor due to his lack of knowledge!

What I got was a "plumber" that got frustrated and angry, even throwing his tools. He didn't want to do the work, to the point of trying to tell me he would have to cut a hole in a bedroom wall to get to a pipe. It was his anger though that threw me off. I'm a big man, but even I found his behavior threatening. Threatening to the point that I just wanted him out of my house. He fixed nothing, charged me $104, and the kicker, spent 15 minutes trying to sell me an HVAC service plan for $45/month before I finally got him out of the house. If you need an angry, dangerous, stupid plumber to charge you for nothing, Markwayne Mullin is your guy.

The workers were real good and very efficient. I just liked the way they do business. He left the area very clean. I rated them an “A” because of how well they do it and they have got a process that saves the customer money.

They had to send out three different crews until they understood the problem and got the crew with the right equipment, but they did a good job. Men were very polite and didn't charge for the first two tries where they really couldn't help.

Mullin sent a guy out to snake the line. He charged around $150 and told me he couldn't get through the line. Another Mullin guy came with a camera, another $250. They dug up the line and made a small repair (another $700) but said entire line would need to be replaced, possibly into the middle of the street. His estimate was $6700 if the road did not have to be cut and $13,000 if it did. Yes, $13,000. I called another company to get a second opinion but did not tell them that Mullin said the line absolutely had to be replaced. The second plumber dug the line out for a few more feet and said it was in good condition and made the necessary repairs. He charged $450. Mullin has done a few jobs for me in the past but they will completely knock your head off if given the opportunity. I'm done with them. Find a plumber who does't have all those commercials to pay for.
