Computer Repair
John is prompt and professional; his knowledge of products seems endless. He is very helpful with actual repairs as well as advice. He is trustworthy and a good communicator. It's probably helpful to have a list of issues/repairs/questions to cover when you make the appointment. That way he can estimate the time it will take. I believe most house calls are $50/hour.
