Metheny Co specializes in what many consider nuisance or small projects. I am the owner and only emplyee. Depending on the trades needed for the project, I do sub-contract some things out. Most of the work will be done by me, ensuring the quality control I expect. Metheny Co is capable of larger projects as well, these are taken on selectively. Often it is with long time customers that have used my services for many small projects. My experience in construction management, as well as years in the field enable me to have a wide scope of knowledge in the overall construction field. Depending on the size of the project, I sometimes require a deposit to cover material costs.

We do anything that falls under the category of remodel or even modernizing your home or business. Doors, cement board siding & anything that is on the exterior of the house., drywall & millwork. This enables me to take most projects from start to finish. I also install wood siding, popcorn or acoustic removal are other specialties.
