About us

Metheny Co specializes in what many consider nuisance or small projects. I am the owner and only emplyee. Depending on the trades needed for the project, I do sub-contract some things out. Most of the work will be done by me, ensuring the quality control I expect. Metheny Co is capable of larger projects as well, these are taken on selectively. Often it is with long time customers that have used my services for many small projects. My experience in construction management, as well as years in the field enable me to have a wide scope of knowledge in the overall construction field. Depending on the size of the project, I sometimes require a deposit to cover material costs.

We do anything that falls under the category of remodel or even modernizing your home or business. Doors, trim & millwork are about 40% of my work. Drywall repair, texture matching, popcorn or acoustic removal are other specialties. I have expertise in framing, drywall & millwork. This enables me to take most projects from start to finish. I also install wood siding, cement board siding & anything that is on the exterior of the house.

Description of Work: Trevor is amazing. It is unlikely that you will find any contractor that will be as attentive to detail, perform excellent work..no matter what the task...from tiny handyman jobs to full blown general contracting...all at a very reasonable price. Completely trustworthy in every respect. We have used Trevor on many projects. We have relocated out of his area...wish we could have brought him with us....

He was wonderful and easy to work with and goes above and beyond what he has too. If you want it done right, call Trever.
Description of Work: Fixed many wall holes. Fixed folding floor, installed garage attic ladder, demo kitchen ceiling and retextured, painted entire interior of house, removed wall paper and textured walls in bath room, fixed two doors that were not closing.
