About us
Welcome to LCI Concrete LLC serving the Tulsa Metro area. We replace concrete DRIVEWAYS only and sidewalks and porches in conjunction with a new driveway. We are the leader in the Tulsa Metro Area. We have over 70 addresses of driveways we've completed listed on our website www.lcitulsa.com. If your driveway is in need of replacement give us a call. We have been in business since 2005. Our team has over 30 years of combined experience. Our goal is to make you happy and make your new product look as though we’ve never been there. A concrete driveway gives your house’s first impression. An old cracked driveway can not only be unsightly but also dangerous. We use rebar in all of our concrete driveways, sidewalks and even our porches. Thank you for giving us an opportunity. We serve the residential market.

I believe the price for this job was competitive. My reason for giving that a "B" is because I used a credit card for payment and had to pay a 3% fee. I understand the reason for that but was disappointed none the less. I use a credit card to pay for jobs and this is the first time I have had to pay a fee.
I would definitely recommend this company. They know how to put in a driveway!
"Member was a pleasure to work with. She mentioned she was going to use a credit card to pay upfront and I informed her of that fee at that time. It's clearly stated on every estimate and on the first page of our website. We are usually the lowest price or very close to it. Thank you for the work."
Provider was very professional, kept me informed of every step, did what they promised when they had promised it.

We had some rainy weather that delayed the job. I was notified promptly with both a phone call and an email.
On the day the job began the 4-man crew arrived at the time I was told they'd arrive. Actually, they were just a few minutes early.
The whole crew was efficient, professional and friendly.
The ground was prepared for a noon delivery of the concrete. Even the delivery truck was punctual.
By the day's end the concrete was done, the job site cleaned up and assurances given that they would be back on Saturday, tomorrow, to remove the forms and to cut in the relief joints.
I'm pretty sure we won't need additional concrete services, but if I do I'll call LCI again.
"Working with this gentleman was a pleasure. Thank you for your business and prompt payment!"
"I responded immediately when he sent me a request. After his review we scheduled the job and came on time and finished before the stated time frame. Per his exact quote he was "thrilled and thanked us tremendously, said he loved it". He was easy to work with and even though his project was below our minimum we made it work. Thank you for the project."

When they removed the form on the sidewalk, they broke off a two-inch chunk right where the sidewalk turns toward our front door. We asked them to fix this. They didn't tell us that this happened; our neighbor pointed it out to us. Eventually they came back over to fix it. They never told us when they were coming, and when they came over they only patched it. When I asked him to actually fix it, he said the concrete might be a different color. If that's the case then I want a whole new sidewalk without a poorly executed patch job. The repair compound they used was a dark gray color and was spread over a larger surface area than the actual broken off piece. I emailed the owner to give his company one last chance to correct this issue, otherwise I stated that I'd get the BBB and Angie's List involved. The owner replied back with an email stating that he was finished with us and was not going to replace our sidewalk. He also stated that if I chose to contact Angie's List or the BBB, that he would be forced to file a defamation suit against us in our attempt to cause harm to his business and ultimately his family. We have no intentions to cause harm to his business or his family - we only want what we paid for and that's a new driveway and sidewalk, not a sidewalk with a dark gray patch on it.
Regarding the drive-way: they didn't alleviate the pressure on the driveway and it has since cracked along the pressure lines. There are also low spots in the concrete and water pools on the driveway.
"I should have listened to my gut when I gave her a bid. It was telling me that she is going to be a person who’ll never be happy. During my initial bid all she could do was complain about her neighbors and the contractors they’d used on previous projects. I remember actually leaving saying to myself; I hope they do not call me back. Well they did. The city had come through and redone the streets and the approaches to resident’s driveways. My bid was for the remaining part of the “old” driveway. In addition, they now wanted to add a 15ft long sidewalk and I quoted them a price. We arrived and took out the driveway and sidewalk. The customer requested that we give him time to dig two ditches so he could lay pvc under the drive and the sidewalk. We made this exception and stopped our normal process and came back when he’d completed the ditches. We then graded, formed, laid 3/8th inch rebar on our standard 2ft by 2ft grid pattern in the driveway and the sidewalk. We then poured our 4in thick concrete pad and finished it. The next day my guys came by and removed the forms and cleaned up. The following day I came by and picked up a check. The customers were thrilled and said they loved it! A few days later “Jerry” the husband called and said there was a section on an inside corner that looked like it had chipped out when the guys removed the forms and asked if I’d come repair it? I told him that I certainly would when we finished the project we were currently on. I went by and looked at it and there was a 2in by 2in section that had partially chipped on the sidewalk inside corner. There plants were actually hanging over it so it was hard to find. I contacted my supervisor and told him to come by and fix it at his earliest convenience and he did. I notified the customer beforehand that it would probably be slightly different in color due to the concrete coming from a different batch. We then came back and used a “brick rub” to sand and blend the 2in X 2in section with the original. This is the standard procedure in this event. The husband “Jerry” then started calling saying they were not happy and wanted the whole sidewalk replaced and were worried about the structural integrity of the sidewalk….I let him know that his sidewalk was “structurally” sound and the necessary procedure was used to resolve the 4 inch (2X2) area. He then started calling my voicemail saying we were the worst company they’d ever dealt with and we have no morals and value. Up until this point they loved there new driveway and sidewalk and thought we did a professional job, which we did. The calls kept coming and now emails. They threatened that if they did not get their entire sidewalk replaced they were going to file complaints with Angie’s List and the BBB as a form of blackmail for wanting something new for free. If you are considering using us, I recommend that you drive by their house. Their address is current listed at the time of my reply. I doubt you’ll be able to find the area they are referencing. Look at my previous reviews in making your decisions and I have over 50 references and driveways you can look at and I’m A+ rated with the BBB."
Others were 700 to 1000 higher, so ultimately discussed the job with LCI and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday.
Wow! They arrived promptly, discussed any concerns/questions/etc., before starting.
Prompt, courteous, fast and busy!!!
They had the old concrete out, forms in place, new concrete poured, all done in 1 day, as a side bonus- owner was concerned the new drive was in a kind of "high traffic" area, so stayed and waited after it was poured for my
return!!! Who does that?! That was awesome!
The expansion cuts were done the second day,
Clean up was nice too.
Couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended.
Thank you, LCI/Kalan Paul.
"Thank you very much!!"
