Picking out the carpet was fine. Getting them to come out and measure, then actually install the carpet was a nightmare. They put it off and put it off. The contractors who finally came out did an extremely shoddy job, and I have already had to have the carpet restretched in four rooms.

"First, we want to thank for addressing the inconvenience you had here at Ivy's Floor Covering. We always strive to solve and address any and all situations we may have with our customers. Concerning the dates of purchases and installation, we have as follows. In July of 2003, Ivys Floor Covering installed ceramic (Cambrian Bluestone, etc.) on two separate occasions on two different orders. Again in 2003 we installed carpet (Herb Garden) as mentioned above and laminate countertops, again including both material and installation, two additional orders. Then in 2006 we had two separate orders of material only: one of additional ceramic (Cambrian Bluestone etc.) and one of corner caddys, thinset , grout etc. We noticed the report date is July 13, 2010 and wondered if there is still something at this time that we can do to rectify this situation. Please let us know. And again thank you for your help to improve our business."

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY PERFORMED WAS THE BEST, THEY WORKED WITH WHAT WE WANTED. THE PRICES WERE FAIR AND REASONABLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE EXCELLENT,

THEY HAD A GOOD CARPET SELECTION. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY SHORT TIME. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME.
