It was great Ryan Moore does a terrific job and I highly recommend them.

Received an initial proposal in April.  Ryan came to our house and walked the yard to review the proposal with us.  Based on this we requested some changes and more coverage.  Ryan gave us a revised proposal and schedule.  One concern was the very old and large sycamore trees on our property.  Ryan reviewed precautions that would be taken to prevent damage to those and other landscaping.  He and a helper did almost all of the excavation by hand to prevent damage to tree roots.  We requested some changes while the work was in progress, which Ryan agreed to do without extra cost.  Ryan and his crew entirely cleaned up the yard and disposed of trash, then took some time to walk thru the system, explain the use of the new electronic controller, and help me to load the app onto my cell phone which allows remote control of the system.  The city inspector said that it was one of the best installations that he's seem (he explained what usually goes wrong with these systems and pointed out several things that Ryan had done to avoid these)>

He went above and beyond...we only asked him to move a couple but he saw a few more improvements he could make, and it turned out great. He even re-set our watering schedule to a better set up!

Ryan was able to get to my home within a few days of my initial phonecall during this very busy season to troubleshoot my sprinkler system for low pressure condition in three stations. He determined the problem and replaced the internals of three valves, which were very old. He had to locate the hard to find replacement parts and picked them up from a supply house. By rebuilding these valves, he saved me quite a bit of labor cost due to not having to cut out and replace all the piping. He did a good job cleaning up and replacing the sod and I was very satisfied overall with the improvement in my sprinkler coverage, which is the best I have had in over 10 years.

I am a repeat customer so that should speak for itself. Ryan is very professional and very methodical. He is always prompt and great to work with. You can't go wrong using Ryan. He also does other landscaping projects now.

I added new flower beds last fall increased the ones I already had and needed to rework the sprinkling system. Ryan answered my call quickly. I have had many different types of service people, but he is the best . He not only moved the heads that were causing a problem, but relocated heads that were overlapping in order to save water. I was not aware that he did other yard related work, but I plan to change everything I can to his company.
You will have no regrets in hiring this young man.

I sent several emails to several lawn irrigation contractors on Angies List. Ryan Moore replied quickly. Some didn't respond at all and one told me the cost of the part was $350.00. Home Depot had the same part for $85.00 so I knew I was being lied to by that contractor. That sealed the deal for me on using Irrigation Services. We arranged a time to meet and he examined the problems I was having with a backflow preventer that had failed and a sprinkler head installed by Baker Irrigation improperly. Mr. Moore provided a cost estimate which seemed reasonable, he was pleasant and he didn't lie to me. I chose to use Irrigation Services and Mr. Moore arrived on time. He replaced the backflow preventer, secured it to a stud in the water closet, moved the sprinkler head from the flower bed to the lawn so it would spray correctly. He examined all of the irrigation heads. There is no doubt that I made the correct decision on using Irrigation Services and I will do so again when needed. I would feel comfortable in recommending Irrigation Services to my neighbors and friends. Mr. Moore has a good sense of humor, is pleasant, does great work and his price is reasonable. I have hired many contractors in the past when I was building my house and I can say that Mr. Moore is one of the best I have hired.

I called him on Wednesday, 9/22/13 and Ryan said he could come out the next day which was great as I had some new sod going down in the back on Saturday. He came on Thursday, 9/23/13 at 9:00 AM just like he said he would and spent all day going through the system and adding risers and new heads. Very thorough in going through each cycle and explaining things. Super patient and a really nice guy. Price was no problem for what I had done. Would use him again and highly recommend him. He is very knowlegable in sprinklers as he used to work at The Water Store in Tulsa and put himself through college by working for them. Great job!
