Heartland Roofing

All started because of leak inside living room. To me the roof looked ok. Had man come check it, never was able to find leak. Called State Farm, inspector said I needed a new roof. Took several visits to get everything finalized. Brad Neff, owner called me Friday before the roof was to go on, They did great job, they worked with my insurance company knowing that I live on very tight budget.

They were here when they said they would be and finished each house in a day  including my 2400 sq ft house.  They were completely finished in a week.  They were very easy to work with.  I have written a review on Angie's list 2 other times because I was very pleased with their service.  Neal Bain, the salesman was very patient and helpful.

It was good. They got on the roof and checked everything out. I think they said the roof looked good. I would use them again. They seem real professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing.

Once we addressed our miscommunication re the appointment, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. Mi had previously had significant problems with leaking around my chimney after purchasing a new roof, which damaged my inside cedar ceiling. The company that installed the roof had been unsuccessful in repairing the roof after several attempts, but Heartland took a stab at it and thus far I haven't had any more leaking.

The experience couldn't have been better, Brad Neff and Glen Bynum were great to work with, they explained every detail of installing the roof before they started the job and communicated often with me during the installation process.  The price was fair and the roofing team was extremely professional.  They cleaned up everything before leaving the job so well you wouldn't know that they were there, except that they left behind a great looking roof. I won't use anyone else in the future.

Employee arrived promptly, was very personable and efficient.  Whole process took under thirty minutes.

They knew we wanted to turn this around quickly so they sent 2 crews from OK City. 13 guys showed up and replaced and installed the entire roof in one day.  They were professional, respectful and competent. They kneeled / stood on blocks of foam so they wouldn't ruin the shingles.
Good overall communication altho' the sales team and the installation team could have communicated better. We had to remind the installation team about several of the particulars of our job.  
They cleaned exceptionally well - only a few isolated nails here and there were left behind. 
Beautiful roof, and no leaks to date (altho' we haven't had much rain yet).  
Would highly recommend them.

All work was performed as described and completed in 3 days. The crew was very clean and professional. I found one nail on my driveway during the process, which is not a complaint, but a statement of cleanliness. 
Complaints I might mention are that after the first big rain, many nails and debris flooded out of my guttering. Also, I found my attic littered with debris of the old wood shake shingles and nails. I didn't necessarily expect that they clean the gutters or attic, but I would've liked a heads up on the nails flooding out of the downspouts. I'd say I'm being picky here, but also thorough in my review.

Roofing job was complete in one day.    Area was kept clean throughout the day and property looked great once through.  Took great care of landscaping.    Replaced Dish antenna and service was intact.   No service call required to adjust service.  Had some issues with chimney siding repair but they came back and made it right and it looks beautiful.  Appreciated that they hand nail and don't use a nail gun.

In spring 2012 we were prepping our 14-year-old house to sell and discovered recent signs of water damage in our garage and laundry room...turns out we needed a new roof.  Timing to repair was important and we wanted a quality contractor. We interviewed five roofing contractors, including Brad Neff from Heartland. Brad impressed us with his detailed appraisal, time spent answering all of our questions, and he provided a competitive quote. After all contractor interviews the decision to hire Brad and Heartland was unanimous. He quickly scheduled our roof replacement and the job was completed as planned, including interior repair/painting. They completed the job on time, no hidden costs, and they did a great job cleaning up. Brad did a prompt inspection walkthough with us and all payment and insurance paperwork was filed with no issues.Brad, and Heartland, was responsive, wonderful to work with and I would give them an A+ on workmanship and customer service.

Heartland was honest enough to tell me the majority of my roof was in great shape, could probably last another 15 years, and only one area was overloaded with too many layers that needed to be stripped away before the weight affected the joists (which hadn't been brought up by the other guys).  I plan on using Heartland when I save up the money to reroof that one section, and am thankful that they gave me a forecast of spending only about $2,000 instead of the $8,000-$11,000 I'd been quoted before.

Brad was very friendly, punctual, and explained everything in detail that was understandable by someone who ha snot worked in roofing. I think the job was done very well. It was performed within the timeframe indicated. I feel that he did repairs in such a way so as to maximize and use my $600.00 worth of work from the coupons purchased.

I am lucky that my roof is in good condition and only requires "preventative" type of work to be performed. But, if /when the time comes that the roof will need to be replaced, I would have no problem at all retaining Heartland Roofing to do the job.
