General Remodeling
Mr. Haase purchased this property from me with the intent of remodeling it and selling it. While he was remodeling the house, a significant amount (several boxes) of ceramic tile which belonged to me was stolen from the garage by one of his sub-contractors. In addition, a significant amount of tools which were in the house were taken by Mr. Haase. I tried numerous times by phone and by mail to persuade Mr. Haase to reimburse me for the tile and the tools. My requests were ignored. He never answered my phone calls or my letters. I even had a mutual friend who recommended him to me try to talk to him. Nothing worked. Mr. Haase is NOT an honest man.
