GREENLAWN IRRIGATION

Please beware of this company: Green Lawn Irrigation, owner is Camillo Trejo. Camillo put in all of our irrigation and landscape when we built our home. Two of our 10' Taylor Juniper trees showed severe signs of distress after some time. We did everything we could to save them including calling in Southwood Nursery and it was discovered by scratching the dirt back that Camillo Trejo did not remove the burlap or cut the ropes around the bases of 2 of our Taylor Juniper's he planted and the rope ultimately strangled the trees and we lost them both. We contacted Camillo and sent him pictures and he agreed to cover the cost to replace one and we would pay for the second. A week after agreeing to this, he stopped responding to us and refused to return our calls and texts. He finally text us back saying he "doesn't have time and to find someone else" and that he is "not responsible"! If he didn't cut the ropes from the trees and it caused them to die, how is he NOT responsible? These trees are very expensive, especially at 10' tall. If he has done work for you in the past, it would be wise to go check and make sure they were properly planted.

I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I FEEL I CAN TRUST THEM AROUND MY HOME. I LOVE HOW MY LAWN LOOKS AND THERE IS REALLY NO REASON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING.
