George Elias, the owner, agreed to install carpet in two rooms and on a staircase. The next day, he showed up 2 hours late and had an "emergency" and had to leave but left his worker to finish the job. A few hours later George shows up and says they're out of glue and have to come back in the morning to finish. He calls the next day and says they won't make it and will be there the following day. They did show up that day, late, finished the job, but the carpet is now coming up. In addition, I am missing items that I had put out of sight and they did not clean up. George will not return my calls.

He put me in touch with a person who he said would do an excellent job of making it right. That person was a no show for the agreed on time to meet, and never called to reschedule. To date nothing done and no followup by the installer to see if the repair had been done satisfactorily.
