Goodpaster's Mechanical

We’ve had numerous Heating/air issues since purchasing our home last fall. Donald has worked with our warranty company, been very accommodating with us and done an EXCELLENT job! He is very thorough, explains in great detail everything that needs to be worked on, the parts, prices, etc. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend him! I called mid-afternoon, and Donald came out after suppertime. He knew his stuff... checked the furnace filter, visually inspected everything, asked about my cleaning routine of the outer unit, and so on. He quickly figured out that refrigerant was low and he topped it off. He was friendly and helpful.

Our home warranty company sent me to Goodpaster's Mechanical when we had a problem with our furnace not blowing enough air through the system.  Donald came and checked everything out and found that when another company came and replaced the fan motor a few months ago, they didn't wire the fan for the correct amount of air flow.  He was very thorough and checked everything out before fixing the problem.  He was very nice and explained what he was doing on the furnace and why.

Everyone I spoke to was very polite and prompt from scheduling the work to showing up on time (and not waking up our napping baby).  Great company.

Donald the owner of Goodpaster's is excellent.  He is always on time and extremely informative in what he is doing.  We had him come out to service and inspect all 3 of our units.  In doing so, we discovered that freon was needed in 2 out 3.  He also discovered a capacitor had gone out on one of our units. He had the the needed pieces in his truck and within hours we were up and running with cool air.  My husband, who is an engineer, was very impressed with Goodpaster's knowledge and felt that he was very fair in his pricing.  We even received a discount which always makes my day.  We have already enlisted their help for an upcoming addition.  i feel confident in recommending them to anyone.

My A/C went out during the hottest time of the year, naturally.   I have a Home Warranty policy so when I phoned in for the service request, Goodpaster was assigned to me.   A time frame was given in the early afternoon but the technician was able to arrive a couple of hours earlier than expected.   He was very efficient and took the time not only to tell me in detail what the problem with my unit was, but to give sound advice about future replacement if I should decide to do that.   He went out of his way to make sure everything was in working order after repairs and even gave me some coupons for discounts on maintenance calls.  He had everything back up and running in less than an hour.  My technician was friendly, honest and helpful.  I will absolutely use them again for any future heating or cooling needs.

He is awesome. I’ve had some trouble lately and he has been here without any hesitation. He just has highly racing time to come and help whenever I needed help. His availability is what I really like. My sister said it was a good price.

Excellent.  They took the time to help me choose the best furnace.  They actually charged me lss than the estimate!  it was a "wow"  experience!

They are very responsive and fair. They are nice to deal with.
