We searched both locally and on line for a new shower head. One was found at faucets.com and we ordered it. Later that day had to run to Home Depot for some items and saw the same shower head in a display at $40 less. Rushed home to cancel the order and could not do it -- "Already Shipped" we were told but that we could return it. It arrived today (one week later) and we discovered why we were told that it already shipped in just 2 hours...when you add the return postage and $15 "restocking charge" you're pretty close to that $40 mark. My advice...don't go to faucets.com if you are expecting good prices!

They did just that, and they did not charge me a restocking. They were very responsive, and I never had any problems with them at all. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.
