They did great work. The schedule was moved around by rain, but its exterior painting, that's how it works. They gave me a very fair quote and brought me samples to choose the colors. I have extremely high silly-ceilings in two rooms, and they did the ladder work safely and with no issues, including masking everything really well, even the hardwood floors. Since its the hottest part of summer and they are a small business with one crew, they worked really early hours from sunup to around 3pm and that made perfect sense. They took great care of the outside of my house, filling in cracks and holes in the trim and masking everything. There was no damage, leftover materials, or over spray. I cannot recommend them enough for quality of work and honest, no-surprise charges. Its a family business, and they really cared that we were happy.

David and his crew have painted house both new construction and remodels for the last 16 years. He and his crew do a first class job every time. They are reliable, fair, honest, and experts at painting both interiors and exteriors. I would never use anyone else for my painting if the are available. They have never let me down.

The job started off fine, however David's crew only showed up randomly (one day every week) to scrape and prep the siding so the prep job took close to two months. There were several times that they no showed. The guys working on the house were hard workers, however instead of priming bare wood they just put lots of caulk over it. We specifically asked that they prime certain trim that had been replaced and then later found that they were just using the regular paint, no primer. Overall it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company for painting.

Overall it went good. Timing and scope of work issues did came up a few times. Over all in between jobs, they did a good job. we also had spring weather to deal with, however what really showed lack of professionalism was the unwillingness to take care of down sprouts to be taken out and installed back when you are painting the exterior of the home.  

Dave has two employees and they are quick to prep and paint. Dave should look at to be more flexible with the work, so it is best to identify as much as possible the scope of work with Dave so that you don't have any surprises. Pricing is good, however I am giving him overall B due to the above said points.

David Parker is a friendly guy who really knows his stuff.  Before hiring him, I called three or four of his references--they were all commercial builders and remodelers who gave David glowing reviews.  In addition, his bid was very competitive, so I decided to go with him.  His crew consists of two brothers who have been painting for him for over 10 years now.  They are fast and do quality work.  It took them about 3 to 4 days to do my entire house, which included pulling down awnings, painting them, and then reinstalling them, as well as painting my screened porch.  I have already had him back to paint my shed, and I will most likely have him paint the interior of my home, as well.

As stated above, it was great.  Totally happy with the results.

They did a very good job.  They were on time, professional and did a very good job cleaning up aftewards.  I had a very good experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others.
