Custom Landscaping & Tree Care

First time I used them it was fine. Removed a tree, price ok, work fine. He was removing a neighbors tree at the same time. Second time I tried to use them, basically next to impossible. Guy failed to show up for the scheduled estimate, he called an hour after the appointment because I called several times and basically just said he was on another job and forgot. Finally got him scheduled, came out on time, and scheduled the work to be completed the first week of April with an estimate to come shortly. Estimate did not come as he stated, first week of April came and went, no work done, contacted him the 3rd week of April, he said he would be out the following Tuesday and would get me an estimate before he came out. On 9:15 am the day he was to finally do the work he emailed an estimate that was twice what anyone else quoted, was not prepared to come out that day, and it appears he was purposefully pricing the work in an attempt to not take the job. Would not and could not recommend this guy unless you love being irritated, overcharged, and having your time wasted.

Arrived when scheduled, stayed focused on the job, very efficient and knowledgeable in performing work, cleaned my yard where limbs were dragged from back yard to the front street, and cleaned up the street of twigs and leaves.  Left premises in perfect shape.  Engaged with the customer in a professional manner.

They were able to clean everthing up for me right away.  They always seem to do a great job.  I've been very happy with their service, and they always give me a reasonable price.

It was a small job.  I wasn't at home when they did the job.  They were okay.

I was very pleased with this company. I got a prompt response to my phone inquiry when I left a voice message. Then the owner came out and gave me a estimate that was really reasonable. I was told that it would take 8 hours and he gave me quotes with lots of discounts added on. A team of 4 arrived 15 late from the time of their estimated arrival and took a 45 min lunch. I thought I would have to pay for that hour but No ...they stayed an extra hour to give me my full money's worth. Hooray. I have found someone who cares! They made my yard look beautiful. I am having them come back to do an additional area soon. Definitely am recommending them to my friend

It was pricey but professionally done, and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

My call was promptly returned (unlike others I called), and he arrived for the estimate on time the same day. He knew what needed to be done and exhibited a great deal professionalism and experience. The work was performed as promised and we are very happy. I feel the price was very reasonable for the job performed, and I was also sent a copy of proper insurance as I requested before the job began.

Chris was reasonable with his pricing. He did the job within a week, and was very thorough with his clean-up.

IT TOOK THEM NO TIME AT ALL TO COME AND REMOVE THOSE TREES AFTER I CALLED THEM. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW PREPARED THEY WERE WHEN THEY SHOWED UP. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THE PEOPLE FROM THIS COMPANY WERE GREAT.
