CRS Plumbing

I called CRS based on their Angieslist rating. The owner, Roger, came by, examined the problem & tried snaking the gray water line. He couldn't get the snake down the line so he crawled under the house & recommended that I replace the current trap with a Y-fitting trap to improve the flow. Since the tub was on the other side of the wall from the gray water line, he thought they might be connected. He also thought they might be able to run a line from the two over to the toilet line to help with the flow. He also mentioned that while under the house, his plumbers could take a look for us to recommend whether I replace any of lines that might need it. I scheduled a time for his plumbers to come back & was under the assumption that I would receive a phone call during the day as to whether I needed to (or should) replace some plumbing lines while they were under the house. I never heard from anyone so I decided to call the shop. They told me the plumbers were nearly done & things looked better than they thought. That was great news; however, I would have liked to have been called during the day as I was willing to pay to have some lines upgraded. Also, I felt the $125 service call was steep, even after their coupon from Angieslist knocked it down to $100. And although I was quoted at least $500 but no more than $1000, I would have liked to have known the total amount & the work that was done by receieving a phone vs how I found out about it on the invoice a week later.

They were on time and worked quietly and professionally to get the job done. I think they did a good job and I would recommend using their services.

On the 2nd trip had to tear out part of sheetrock and insulation. There was no obvious indication this was the problem. He did however apologize for having to come back. He felt he should have found this on first trip. He was professional and pleasant to work with.

The plumber Jeremy came to my home and was prompt! He was neat as a pin and very very nice. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He did a full inspection of my air duct system and made a video of the inspection so I could view it with my husband later that day. When he came to the bathroom air vent he noticed my stool kept running. He checked it over and told me what was wrong. The inside mechanics had started to brake down. He told me that he had the parts on his truck and it would cost an additional $75 if I would like to have him fix it while he was there.I had him do the repair and then He went over the bill with me and gave me the dvd, collected this things and left the house he same condition as when he came! My husband and I where able to figure out what our duct problem was and the stool no longer runs. I am so grateful that Jeremy took his time with me and our home. I have told all of my friend about CRS Plumbing. The service was unlike that of any other plumbing company I have used in the past.
