Then I had a skeleton of a fireplace that had been built, but didn't any type of stone facing on it yet. I wanted to used a cultured stacked stone to match another part of my outdoor area. Planned on doing it myself until I say Cleon's flagstone work. Hired Cleon to do the fireplace and it was worth every penny. His work product was about 400% better than I could have done (and have done in the past) and 200% better than I was expecting.
Funny thing about Cleon, we had lots of other masonry work that had been done prior to Cleon coming on the site. Cleon's group went around and removed concrete splatters and droppings that were not caused by his group at all. That is amazing.
For the first time ever, I gave a contractor a cash bonus because he finished on time and far exceeded my expectations.
