Bob Neal did a nice job explaining the what and why of what he recommended. He was also very citrons of our available time. He also emphasized staying safe with his work. Very pleasant man to work with.

Very professional. Extremely reasonable pricing. We have not had any mice since he treated the house. He uses pet friendly products. I would hire him again or for other products in a minute. Can't say enough about how pleased we were.

With only one treatment (inside and outside), ants were gone and have not come back. Will certainly call upon again for any treatments needed.

Call bob on Friday and talk to him he said just call him on Saturday and he could came out and take care of the ants for me .call him on Saturday morning he said he would be there at 330 he show up at 315 walk the house with me and said no problem I will take care of it .he jump right in there and got started nice guy you would very meet he know his stuff no more ants. I texted Bob at 6:30am in a panic and he replied in less than 5 mins, asked for my info, gave me a quote, was agreeable to my paycheck schedule and was there the VERY next day which happened to be a Saturday. The guys were nice and so far I have not seen any rats. i still hear mice though.

I started to use Bob last winter and should have followed through but about two weeks ago I finally did. He and his team surveyed and treated my property - outside perimeter, inside, and attic. Prevention measures included mouse repellent around external perimeter and along all the inside baseboards, strategic placement of enclosed bait containers in the house and attic, and poison in protected locations. All was done professionally, efficiently and with a marked awareness for the safety of my dog. Thanks, Bob! Your work has been effective and the value can't be matched - by anyone!
