Started well enough outside install went fast and easy ,but when they started inside it went downhill.The smoked in my attic and the work that was done was not up to code specs. Found this out when the condensor line that they did not install right leak water all over my cieling causing damage to the amount of 1300.00 dollars. They refused to fix the line saying it was not in the origninal estimate. but did perform work on it when they did the install. Bottom line 4 code violations found when insurance adjuster came to check damage,compressor damaged, no drain pan, condensor line not connected,broken intake line to unit itself.caused by the installers bending the metal line instead of putting an elbow on it.ceiling not sealed and no room left between unit to add filter. This information was giving by a licensed Insurance adjuster and HVAC techniciands that was independently brought out to join in claim report. .This company was refered to me by a family friend and I thought the level of service provided was very poor.
