Called saturday, 4-8-2014 for estimate on repair of refrigerater door. Was loose and would not stay closed. Service Tech out same day, checked everything, Called in for availability of replacement parts for my model and gave estimate and explanation of all charges for service and parts he thought was needed. Approximately $253.00 for riser, shims and door gasket. Said would take approximately 2 weeks for parts to arrive. I approved ordering of parts. Receptionist called 4-14-2014 to let me know parts were in and first available time open was 4-17-2014 between 10am and noon. We scheduled repairs for that date and time. Service repair was there on time, checked everything out and after installing riser and shims he said new door gasket was not needed. That saved me over $90.00. His honesty was very much appreciated. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their technicians are licensed and insured and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to my family and closest friends.
