I hired them once and it went well. I called again and had some additional work done on other parts of our gutters and downspouts and their work that time was also excellent.

They showed up on time, were courteous and completed the work professionally. I was very satisfied.

Very good service.  Call promptly returned. Estimator was on time and thorough. Provided two estimates. One to add gutter where none existed. Second included replacement of existing worn gutter. Service was scheduled and completed as promised. Workers were professional, hard working, had all necessary equipment, took away old gutters, cleaned up. Great job.

From first call to finish it went very well.  Very professional.

Broken Arrow Guttering did an outstanding job on my house.  
When I bought the house 8 years ago, I had partial guttering on the front and back of the house and none on the sides.  At this point, the existing guttering was starting to have problems with leaks and the seams not staying connected.  I got three quotes from the local companies.  Derek(the owner) actually came out in the pouring rain to do the quote and left it on my door.  
The quote had the price as well as an outline of the house with dimensions and the locations of the downspouts.  It also had another sheet for some optional cement slabs that he could put under the downspout to break up the water before it landed on the ground.  We got those too.
I ended up choosing BA Guttering as they were cheaper that the other two quotes and there was a small piece of existing guttering that they were going to change out for free, so that made the deal a little bit sweeter.
With me being an engineer, I tend to be more hands-on and involved in these things.  Some companies it drives crazy, but these people were totally okay with it.  We went back and forth a few times on some ideas and preferences that I had.  In the course of them doing the work, I got to meet the owner - Derek Chute and one of the foremen - Cody in-person and I spoke with Zach and Michal by phone.  Derek(the owner) seems to be available anytime, day or night, by e-mail or phone. Infact, we were going over his ideas for the downspout locations at 9pm one night after I got the kids to bed.  And he met me after work one afternoon to go over the finish product.  Everyone was very friendly and polite.    
Anyhow, they did an outstanding job.  I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the product and the workmanship.  I am really glad that I chose this company.  They fixed the existing guttering, installed the new guttering, connected the new guttering to the existing, and matched the gutter colors perfectly.  It took them 2 partial days to do the project.
I would personally highly recommend them to anyone else thinking of getting some guttering work done.
