This work required very little additional effort to a routine service/cleaning. Work was evidently subcontracted out to a third party. Administratively, these folks were exceedingly difficult to stay in contact with. Kept promising "job completion tomorrow" for over a week.
I was overcharged on this job, which was for a real estate closing. It took repeated calls to finally get them to the condominium, with only 1 day to spare for closing. Ridiculous....
I would not use Blue Hill Heat & Air again.

That is a prime reason we are focused on meeting time deadlines. You are correct, getting a faxed invoice returned to you quickly was the ideal method Preferred by you. However, it was felt that an email return would be quicker considering the time factor. We are primarily in the field and our administration is somewhat light. Thus our description of work was left somewhat vague as a result of this. our technician was thorough in sealing your ductwork, not stoping at the plenum but also sealing supply ducts. This was additional service provided which is required to pass inspection standards. Thus he spent a little more time there. In closing, Blue Hill values our customers and your satisfaction is important. Therefore we are giving you a credit of $100.00 on your service call. Thank you for your consideration and patience.
