Terrific. The work was well done and punctual, and they went out of their way to accommodate us on a pick-up issue.

Bumper looks good as new. You can't tell there was any damage.

Bethel's service was outstanding during the entire process from the estimate through the delivery of the repaired car.  They were not only the least expensive of the estimates I received, but they were the only ones who took the time to explain the needed repairs in detail, what could change the cost, and what the dates for starting and finishing the job would be.  The repair itself was invisible once they repainted it at their own option before we ever saw it, and it has held up well.
The only negative was that they have a automated notification system that is based on the estimated dates of the process, not the actual dates.  So, for example, we received a notification to bring the car in for an estimate after we already had done so, and one to pick up the finished car the day before it was actually finished.  This was graded under Punctuality.  Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I wandered into Bethel on the advice of a guy in the parts department of a car dealer located nearby. I had just purchased an odd looking plate and screw and had been given little instruction on how to reattach the rearview mirror I held in my hand. I must admit, more instructions would not have helped anyway. Within minutes of walking in, I was assisted by Mark who not only sat in my hot car and fixed the issue immediately, he also identified and fixed a loose plastic skirt thing in the wheel well that had been hanging and scraping for weeks. When I thanked him and asked for a bill, Mark said it was a minor problem but he hoped I would keep Bethel in mind if I needed another repair. I not only will use this business if need collision repair, will tell my friends and family if anyone asks for one of my (highly) valued recommendations on local businesses. Thanks Mark!

They replaced the whole front end and did an excellent job in taking care of me. My insurance company was happy that I used them. I've not had any trouble with the car since I've gotten it back.

The staff was very helpful, and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Mark and his staff are the best! It's a very friendly atmosphere and they're straight shooters. He even topped off my power steering fluid and fixed my squeaky belt, which wasn't what my truck was even there for.

I backed my car into a post in the parking lot and scraped the rear quarter panel. This did not dent the fender, but it did leave a lot of yellow paint from the post stuck in the finish. I was not able to buff it out, so I went by Bethel thinking they would be able to do something about it. They sure were!
The estimator grabbed a rage and some solvent and fixed me up as good as new and sent me on my way. 
I've used them before for more major incidents as well, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everything went very well. They were quick to get the parts in and repaired my truck in 3 days.  The actual cost was a little higher than the estimate but it was because they had to replace the entire front bumper which they didn't expect was necessary on the estimate.

I used their services a couple of months ago. They replaced a rack and pinion steering, they replaced breaks and they replaced an electronic part to my air-conditioning. I am extremely pleased with their work. They were prompt. They were fair. Their service was excellent.

They were reliable and did quality work.  I was satisfied with the results.

I called 2 local body shops to get a price on the phone, the first would not give me and idea, but Bethel gave me price over the phone and was willing to go ahead and order, but I told him that I had a rear hatch that wouldn't open so I would bring it in. About 2 weeks later I walk in unannounced and told about price quoted, he seemed to remember, looked at the car, and we left it. He called within 2 hours with price and had the car at end of the day. We told him we would pick up next day. He called next day and said mirror switch didn't work now ( called my wife). We had a kill switch attached to it, he said it was normal wear and tear and he would only charge me for the switch no labor. I called him back and questioned him a bit more so he went back and rechecked and figured out the problem without additonal charge, I was quite satisfied.

I REALLY LIKED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. I ALSO LIKED HOW THEY WORKED REALLY HARD TO GET MY CAR FIXED QUICKLY. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT IT WAS FIXED A DAY SOONER THAN EXPECTED.
