Everything went well except for the time it took to do the job. When the projected completion date passed, I called and left a voicemail and got a call back the same day. Mr. Berryhill said it would be another few weeks! There was not a specific reason for the delay; I was told that they were just behind. We had put down a deposit of one half of the total, so I was concerned that it might not end well. We agreed on two weeks and the job was indeed completed at the end of the two weeks.
The work was done just as discussed, and the fence looks great.
I do recommend the company, as long as any potential customer understands that the time factor has been a problem at least once. And I will call him again should we need another repair. But we will have another discussion about sticking to an agreed deadline before I sign the contract.

Although Mr. Berryhill is actually a very talented ironwork artist, my husband and I had been given some fencing panels by a neighbors friend. I called Mr. Berryhill to see if he could install them. He explained that normally he would visit a site, take measurements, and give the home owner an estimate - consisting of the cost of materials, manufacturing the custom pieces and the labor, including installation.....In other words, he just did custom ironwork. HOWEVER, he agreed to come and look at my situation to see if he could recommend someone. When he arrived, he was very pleasant, and I believe he took pity on my neighbors, when he saw the rusted, old, chainlink fencing that we were trying to replace with the iron panels. He agreed to not only install the panels, but dig up and remove the old posts and chainlink. (These poles were buried very deep, and set in so much concrete I don't think you could have pulled them out with a truck!!!) AND, as he installed the panels, he decided that the bracket system they were supposed to be connected to one another by, was insufficient to stabilize the panels --- so he welded them together instead. Now, I realize I've told you a lot about the process, but now let me tell you the even more impressive part. He and his crew did all this in just over 4 hours!!! And, he was right there - working with his crew. I could not have been more pleased......my neighbors could not be more pleased.....my whole neighborhood could not be more pleased! From the first phone call, to the last handshake, Mr Berryhill was friendly, helpful, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

The completion of the job is still pending, I spoke to them and they've been very cooperative and helpful; they are trying to help me workout some problematic issues. So far the price seem very reasonable to me.

The first time we put a gate in, we weren't satisfied. However, this company did an outstanding job, not only in preparation of the gate but also in doing what they said they were going to do. He was timely. He came out on time. They were very helpful and thorough in explaining what they would do. They offered great suggestions. They showed a number of different examples of styles.
