After being put off for 8-12 weeks at least, he managed to get a base set in. Then he said had to wait on manufacturer to deliver side wall (base was 3x5). Ultimately, he and a companion came over to install side walls which were flimsy and cheap looking as well as the wrong color. Did not even come close to matching base. The base sort of looked used to me. At any rate, on this day I told him his services were no longer required and asked for refund of money (I don't frankly remember if we paid him more than the initial 1,200 + upfront). He readily agreed and wrote me a check. While he was packing up, I called the bank and found that he had insufficient funds. I went back outside and to his credit, finally admitted he had $1,000 cash in his pocket so he refunded me $800 and would return with the rest a little later. Last time I saw him, he was selling his bath installs at the Home Show 2008.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO GET A HOLD OF, AND FRIENDLY, BOTH IN PERSON AND ON THE PHONE. THEY WORK THEY DID WAS OUTSTANDING. MY BATHROOM LOOKS GREAT NOW AND IS SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE TO USE.
