Ark Roofing did a great job , explained everything step by step and the day that was scheduled they showed up on time. Kept me updated and informed as the project progressed and when they were done did a great job cleaning up the debris left from replacing the shingles . I would highly recommend them.

I initially had a mixed experience with Ark when trying to get flashing replaced around my chimney. After multiple attempts to get an estimate, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication. However, I want to update my review after my recent interaction with the owner. He reached out to me directly and I decided to move forward with his services. I’m so glad I did! The team did a fantastic job. While my earlier experiences weren't ideal, the owner's responsiveness and the quality of work have greatly improved my impression of Ark. I would recommend them for roofing services!

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Luke and the team at Ark Roofer when they were on my street doing my neighbors roof. From the instant I met him, it was clear he was an incredible business owner and has a passion of service. From the first step all the way to the completion of our home repair and roof, he was very good at communicating and more importantly advocating on our behalf with the insurance company. This came after another roofing company was denied on the same roof. I cannot tell you how amazing my roof looks. He did some amazing upgrades for me without ever asking and brought the roof up to code. Ark Roofing is a partnership of two fine owners, Aaron and James. They inspected the job site on Tuesday afternoon, had the materials, dumpster in crew in place by Friday morning, and completed the job that day. Workmanship seems exceptional and I was impressed by the desire of the two men to do a good job and the professionalism of their crews. Clean up was complete and the roof looks great.

Ark finally agreed to trade out soffit vents for all new drip edge on one of two roofs. It was brought to my attention that they had grown so big so quickly that more management was needed to be put in place. I just happened to be the job that pushed it over the edge of overwhelmed. Our project is moving along. We have had a lot of flat tires around here from nails, but I believe the roof will hold up when the time comes.

Ark roofing was great to work with. They did an excellent job and really cared about the quality of work. We would absolutely work with them again for any other roofing projects.
