Called because my Garage Door kept sticking.  They came out quickly and completely readjusted my door.  Turns out it was NEVER installed correctly from the other company that installed it.  Now its whisper quiet (used to clang and squeak going up and down) and completely seals my Garage.  The technician was a true Garage door professional.  Won't consider any other provider next time I need this work.

I called All Hours Overhead  Door because my garage door wouldn't shut all the way.  The receptionist said that Jim, the technician, would call me to help guide me by phone to try and rectify the problem.  Within minutes Jim called, and he spent a good 15 minutes troubleshooting the problem by phone.  He was patient and explained the troubleshooting steps in detail by phone.  By the end of our conversation, my garage door was closing again with no problems.  I was very grateful that he was very easy to talk with and willing to donate his time by phone to help me fix the problem.  i would highly recommend All Hours Overhead Door for all your garage door needs.
