Auto Service
The service at Advantage is always great. I usually call ahead to make sure they have a bay open, so I rarely wait in line for my monthly oil change. Twice, when my car has had to stay for more than just a few hours, Jason has loaned me his truck and/or van so I don't fall disastrously behind on my service calls.
A typical oil change goes like this:
"Jason, this is Jon. I need an oil change - you got time this morning?"
"Sure, we're ready for ya!"
When I arrive:
"Pull on up to that first bay"
"Thank you, Jason!"
While the service is being performed Jason and I chat about life, the universe and everything...
When the change is over:
"Well, Jon, we changed your oil, checked your fluid levels and tires and they all look good. Interested in a transmission flush today?"
"Not today, Jason. Gotta run!"
"Thank you very much for your business, your keys are in the ignition"
And then I leave confident in the job they did and that my car (my livelihood) has been in good hands :-)
