1st call stated $99 service call but would go towards repair. Technician said it needed to be cleaned and $99 fee was not included in final bill. Total $178. 30 days later started leaking again. They were willing to come out but was concerned they would charge me again. Would not recommend these people.

Very prompt at figuring out what the issue was. The fix would cost more than what the fridge is worth, so bummer there, but that's no one's fault. Overall very pleased with this company and our technician.

I told the guy as soon as he showed up what the problem was but instead of fixing it he took back off dryer and said it was 2 other parts which I paid for.That didn't fix it after 2 other visits he finally agreed what I pointed out at the beginning was the problem and replaced it which only cost $18. I paid A-1 $250. Will not be using them again.

The response time is very good. They will always answer or return call immediately. Prompt service. Great communication. Extremely nice and friendly. I had one part replaced which didn't fix the problem and had to get another part in conjunction with the first part. It was costly. That would be the only negative I would have. It'd been nice to pay one service call instead of two. Overall I would recommend and use this company again.

I hired A-1 Professional Appliance for an installation of a garbage disposal. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work. They wired the electrical to the disposal incorrectly, which could have easily burned down my home. The tech that came out just did not seem to know what he was doing, and at this point I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I would never use these amateurs again. They chipped my glass stove top, then charged $99 for a diagnosis. Said they had to order parts. Never heard back from Sean Petee again. Their voice mail is â fullâ . and texting didnâ t work. I finally reached Kamron, an employee, and he said that Sean was indisposed, an understatement. We have several rental and other properties. Never have I encountered such incompetence. Call someone who has integrity, and avoid the frustration of trying to get these parole to do their job.

I am the facility operations manager for Western Flyer in Okc. I called A-1 Professional Appliance. The technician Sean was very professional and knowledgeable on the phone. The tech arrived very promptly after setting up an appointment at my facility mind you that is a 2hr drive from his home base location. He found the problem very quickly and informed me of every detail of his findings. Had on spot quote with real-time pricing that was honest and fair. He also gave me a complete rundown of the company's parts and labor warranty. He got my repairs done with minimal downtime. I will be making A-1 my preferred vendor for all my future appliance repair needs.
