"We are unaware of the member being one of our customers. We never received a call from him. Last June we did have a few of our employees leave the company and start their own. They took the names of a few of our customers, and people who had called in. It is possible the member was helped by one of them. Please call 918-770-8685, we can help you contact the person responsible for the work you received. If our records are mistaken and your siding was in fact installed by 3R1, we will gladly handle any warranty issues under your 5 year labor warranty."
