The brackets holding the gas tank in place broke on my son's jeep as he was on his way to work. He needed someone to fix it and quickly. I called B and R and the receptionist asked that I call back as Bobbie had gone to the parts store. I did and when I explained it all to Bobbie, he advised that if my son could not make it to the shop, that he would drive to my son's location. My son was able to make it to the shop and Bobbie fixed the jeep well enough that it was drivable until the needed parts came in. And then he only charged my son $20.
Bobbie was a blessing in an hour of need. And my son swears he has found a new person for all of his automotive needs. You can also count me on B and R's list of new customers.

I really like the way I'm treated at Band R Lube and Oil. I have taken vehicles in for repair from brakes to check and service and I'm always treated with respect and they act like my business is important to them!
