Jimmy was wonderful to work with. We called him and he was prompt at answering the phone. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out and he showed up on time. Jimmy was very professional. He explained what he was doing as he worked which we really appreciated. He was diligent in working to make sure our A/C was blowing cold. We had a great experience with Victory Heat & Air and we would definitely recommend his services for anyone. We will be using this company from now on.
