Randy called me an hour before to give me plenty of time to get home, but I was home so he came right over. He did the best job, these carpets were really in need of cleaning, I have 4 dogs! They are now spotless, the spray he uses is so refreshing and the whole house smelled great, he was able to do what I considered impossible, these carpets look brand new and my husband was really pleased when he got home. Randy is very personable, great people skills and very quick.

I just call them and they show up. It was an excellent experience. There is nothing I didn't like. They just did a good job. They get all of the spots which will never go away and gets them all cleaned up. I would tell others to go on and use them.

Randy is very professional. He was punctual and attentive to details. When he arrived he looked over the areas that needed cleaning and prepared the areas. He completed the cleaning in the estimated time and was very careful to clean up after he was finished. A very good job.
