Started off very slow. In 3 hours he only had 4 boards cut and placed. To his credit, he was trying to be exact, starting at the bookcase, so that it would lay out correctly. Once he got that done, the rest went pretty quick. He was done with the flooring around 4:30 but didn't have a new blade in order to cut the 1/4 round trim to go around the bookcase. Now the problems: #1 I didn't want him to pull of the molding at the bottom surrounding the room. I would rather have it cut but he stated to make it easier he would like to pull off one side to allow easier installation. I agreed. He broke one as he was removing it and could find an exact match in style or color. #2. Cut 4 speaker wires without asking. #3. Used carpet glue to fasten down the trimming. Had to return 2 days later to redo. #4 3 small gaps between wall and laminate on one side. #5 Was told it would take one day. It took 2. #6 Trim was so-so, didn't clean up after cutting it. He always arrived on time.
