"[removed member name] needed someone to come out and do a job but you have to apply for the work the Indian board in Oklahoma because the job is paid for by the Indians I have emailed her back with no response so maybe we had a missed comincation... Its not that I didnt want to do the job but you have to be approved by the board first send a copy of the invoice for work going to be done.. Sorry for the issues but need to tell the truth and instead of saying that I didnt try"

"As a small local company we take pride in having satisfied customers, this complaint in particular was not told in fulltruth. Everything done for this home owner passed state inspections without that you cannot continue to the next phase. Work was done to customer satisfaction at every point otherwise the job would not of gotten to 90% complete. The air conditioner units were installed by a professional unaffiliated with our company. Work was stopped and never completed due to customers wanting more work done then was agreed upon in the contract and not having the funds to continue. The customer tried to commit a felony fraud by having us made a credit card payment of $11,000, dispute the transaction, and receive a refund and turn around and pay us with that refund. Giving them the extra money needed to complete the extras they wanted for the home addition. We were advised by our attorney to halt all work for this particular job as this would be considered fraud with their credit card company. When we learned of the plan we stopped worked and could not come to a agreement on payment for the remainder amount of work to be completed. We have many happy and satisified customers all over Oklahoma. we understand not every customer can be completely satisfied, yet we aim to achieve that with each and every one. Unfortunately participating in a fraud to make that happen is not our standard of achieving a happy customer."
