Description of Work: Internet service was spotty at best. Cable would go out for no reason and for days without compensation for those days. When I asked for my service to be disconnected it was not and I was charged for almost another full year after the fact.

Description of Work: Very poor service. Unable to reach anyone on weekends, had to until Monday to turn in a work order. Long time before someone showed up to work on cable. When I canceled service, they refused to refund money they owed me. Woman that worked in office was horrible.
