Salesman dodged my phone calls after the installation. I had to drive to their location to get assistance, from another salesperson because my salesperson did not know what to do.

Linda, the sales rep was wonderful. She was very, very helpful on the front end and consoling on the back end. Surfaces accidentally only ordered half of my backsplash and didn't realize it until the following month when the install was scheduled. By the time they ordered rest of backsplash it was back ordered. We waited two more months. They were scheduled to show up around noon. I called at 2pm and 4pm. They showed up around 6pm. I took all of this instride as I was just glad to finally get the granite in. It was upsetting to see they scratched my brand new $4000.00 refrigerator and bashed the bottom edge of the front of my brand new upper cabinet door. I didn't expect any money for the damaged frig. But, the real kicker of it all was the man they sent to see the damage might as well have called me a liar!. He said .....his boys denied it, that Surfaces has never injured any property during their installs, Ever! The scratches would have had more dark color to them if they actually had been scratched by the granite.... I was so upset that I demanded him to leave my house. It was very obvious the frig was right next to the corner of the granite and that it was brand new, top of the line, and in pristine condition. I had a second opinion of the damage by an independent installer and he confirmed the damage could most certainly have been caused by the shuffling of heavy granite at the end of a very long day. NEVER AGAIN

I worked with April at the store when picking out the granite. She was super nice and helped me in the decision process. The installers did a nice job, but left a lot of dust when they left (their shop vac broke). But, I had a lot of clean up after they left. I also inquired about having a window ledge put in after the tiling had been completed and after asking a few times (emailing April) I received a decent quote for them to cut and existing granite that we had already purchased from them (cut out from the drop in stove stop). But, when I re-emailed April after I had ended up having surgery I never heard back from them. Now, we are looking to have another company do the window ledge, but the customer service AFTER the sell was so poor I will not be using them in the future.

While the finished product is lovely we would never use the co. again. It took multiple phone calls to have a sales rep call us back. We pretty much had to beg them to give them our money. The sales rep bumped our final measuring appointment without notifying us. The person who measured was very nice and professional despite all of the non- when the installation day finally came, the two installers said that they had to cut out the sink and stove in the kitchen. We had made a point to ask that these cuts be made off site. I had to insist that they use a vacuum while cutting. It still made a horrible mess. They also had to come back twice for not completing the job correctly. Each time I called, I only got voicemail, never a live person. The installers also threw away the epoxy glue in our trash cans. The smell in the house was so nauseating that it took 2 days to rid the house of the smell.

Great work, prompt and correct estimates. Fine and clean job. Professional and timely.

Surfaces provided a great service. I've used them before. They are pretty cost-conscious. They don't try to stick it to you! They are knowledgeable, you go in to the store and you can look at their product before having it installed. It is good to be able to discuss the work with them.

We had difficulty finding a vendor to replace a kitchen sink with the existing unusual shape in the kitchen counter. Surfaces not only accepted the challenge, but completed a beautiful installation and one that was strongly anchored and sealed!
The company representative at the store was very professional, knowledgeable, and super nice to work with! She undertook hiring and supervising the required plumbing services, which were also excellent. The plumbing installer was very neat and respectful of our and quot;newand quot; house and the excellent condition of our new property. the resulting installation was flawless and promises to last a long time, without any bottom leaks.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND PUNCTUAL. THEY DID A MARVELOUS JOB OF CLEANING UP THE MESS. I WAS GREATLY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.
