I had the existing solar panels, batteries, and DC/AC converters installed about a year ago by another vendor. I had never been happy with the installation as it looked very sloppy (wires wrapped around supports, and draped across the roof, etc), and since they had been installed at a considerable angle to the roof, I was always afraid that they would blow off (maybe taking the roof with them!) whenever we had high winds.
Since the previous vendor had also not followed through on his contract promise to come and check the system every six months for the first year, and also had left a set of brackets on my roof that he had installed in the wrong place, and failed to remove them, as promised, I decided not to deal with him any further.
Garret Roth, with Sun Solar, came out to look at the situation, and we talked about several possible remedies.  He was very professional, and obviously very knowledgeable about solar energy.  Also able to explain things in a way I found much easier to understand than the previous vendor had been.
Sun City submitted a bid for the job we'd discussed, and gave me a discount for paying the down payment immediately so that they could order my three new panels with another order they were submitting - thereby saving shipping costs, and passing the savings on to me.
They co-ordinated with my roofer ( I had decided to replace my 16 yr old roof, rather than patch it during this process), and the whole job only took 2 days.
Although the panels are not at the optimal angle for solar energy collection, due to the position of my house, they are now neatly, and safely installed, and I am way happier with them.  With the addition of the extra 3 panels, they are actually producing more energy
I would recommend Sun City Solar to anyone wanting to venture into solar power.
 They - Pam, Garret, and Ryan - were all pleasant, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process.  They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would, and charged me what they said they would.  All in all a very pleasant experience.
