They did a good job. So, I really have no complaints. They really don’t communicate a whole lot but other than that they did a very good job. I was happy. The price was very good based on the quality of work.

The price was very competitive. The quality was good, they did a good job. They came out in a timely manner and got it all done. They were very punctual. They told that they will there at a certain time and they were. They were very professional.

Installed guttering + leaf guard

After meeting with Rick, the sales guy, I agreed to use them to repair a small gutter run and gutter helmet that was damaged by a recent wind storm. In addition, these was other work that I was willing to give them while they were here working. What should have been an easy job, turned out to be something that kept getting pushed back and back. I had no less than 6 conversations with Rick where he would either schedule a date or promise to call back with firm plans. He never made any of the planned dates and never followed up. I had to call him every time to get an answer. In fact, I had to call the office at one point to get an answer. Surprisingly, the office told me the work had already been done that morning. It had not, and was another example of disorganization and TERRIBLE communication. I had no confidence in their work quality after that and was amazed that Rick had so little respect for his customers time. I canceled the job and found a more reputable company.

VERY POOR service!!! Some guy came out did the work incorrectly and left big chunks of dirt in my flower beds and the underground spouts showing plain as day in the flower beds. The dug drain came out in the middle of the yard instead of at the street. The sales person Rick, came out agreed with me the job was not done correctly and gave me a speech on how the worker was going to pay for it himself and that he would have the guy come out and finish it properly himself, but 3 months later they come back and say the job was done properly and I would have to pay for anymore work. STAY AWAY!!!

The workman were very friendly and helpful. They worked around the huge flower garden that we have in the front yard, and were very careful not to damage my wife's flowers with their ladders. All in all, the workman were very good/professional at what they do. Not ao much with their scheduler. He overbooked our job, and twice they failed to show for our appointment. If you use this company, make sure you really stay after them, and be very and quot;pro-activeand quot;. Call, call, call to make sure they really are coming when they say they are. I would use these folks again, but I would aggressively follow up with their appointment scheduler Workman get an A, the scheduler, well it's in the ratings.

They had a few hickups since the first salesperson was gone by the following week so they didn't have my quote. Took a while to catch back up but we were not in a hurry. Price ended up being fair, better than another quote we had. Work was done well and they did a great job when some facia boards had to be replaced. They got the paint matched so well I am having them come back and do some other boards on some non-gutter areas.

I had absolutely no problems with anything RainTech Gutter Solutions did. They were very professional and very clean; they left the property looking very clean. They responded very quickly and were very good to work with.

The owner and the masons were really polite and courteous. They did not walk across and leave tracks everywhere. The work around the backyard was a bit confusing and they did not see one of the inlets and missed that part. They ended up having to come out again.

They turned out very good and the job was done at my mother's house which was vacant. He went there looked at everything and left an estimate and left a note on the door. I picked it up and called him and told him that I was good with it. They did the work and he called me back. I went and inspected the work and he gave me a bill. It was really good and he was really flexible and able to work with me on my time schedule and how things could be worked out. They were nice and cooperative. They were easy to work with. I haven't got an estimate on my own home as yet because the guttering is cheaper than the gutter path. I have to go back and check with him what my other options for a gutter cap are.

Install was clean and neat. Only need a couple adjustments after installation. RainTech scheduled a prompt return trip. This fall the leave blew off the trees on the roof but did not collect in any of the gutters. They just blew right off the roof.
