I was told this would be an American Standard and the outside unit would be on legs to keep it higher off the ground and easier to keep clean...... So I googled the unit and thought that looked good... However it was an off brand of that company and it was a flat unit without any clearance as I was told. I had a concrete pad from the previous unit that they reused which was fine...... except they were either to lazy or not smart enough to level out the pad and instead used a couple of bricks to achieve that..... Looks pitiful to be honest..... I just hope the unit holds up as I've paid over $8000 now for some shoddy looking work..... They are fast is the only thing I can say good about the situation..... I'd paid more money for a professional looking install though....... Bottom line it's not an American Standard unit as I was told it would be.... Bricks used to level it..... I'd be scared to see how the furnace looks in the attic.......my fingers are crossed at this point.....

POORLY. INSTALLED A NEW MECHANICAL SITUATION THAT MAKES FILTER CHANGE NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE

The AC has not been working and we called the company to service the Unit. They came and said the unit was low on freon and put three pounds on our unit. After putting 3 pounds of freon, they then said that the whole unit needs to be replaced. They send us a quote the next day and invoice for the service they rendered. They charged us $80 a pound for the freon. I have called two places and they are charging $25-$42 a pound. I called the company in good faith and was told that their price was reasonable. I don't think so. I won't go back to them. Their price is unreasonable.
